You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or purchase products from Vial Drop Labs.

By confirming the age requirement, creating an account, or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase the products ordered.

Vial Drop Labs may refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe these requirements have not been satisfied.

Products offered by Vial Drop Labs are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only.

Products are not for human or veterinary consumption or human use.

Products are not offered or represented as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Product information provided by Vial Drop Labs is intended to identify and describe research materials and their characteristics and should not be interpreted as medical advice, treatment guidance, dosing information, or a recommendation for human use.

Products purchased from Vial Drop Labs may not be:

• administered to or consumed by humans;
• used for self-administration;
• used for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, mitigation, or cure of disease or other medical conditions;
• represented, resold, relabeled, or promoted as intended for human consumption or therapeutic use;
• used in violation of applicable federal, state, or local law; or
• used contrary to their labeling, documentation, or Research Use Only designation.

Vial Drop Labs may refuse, cancel, restrict, or decline future orders when we reasonably believe products are being purchased or used inconsistently with these Terms.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• you are at least 21 years old;
• information supplied with your account and order is accurate;
• you are purchasing products for lawful research purposes;
• you understand and will comply with their Research Use Only designation;
• you will comply with applicable laws and regulations; and
• you have appropriate knowledge and facilities for the lawful receipt, handling, storage, and research use of the materials purchased.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether possession and intended research use of a product are lawful and appropriate.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, quantities, specifications, descriptions, images, documentation, and pricing.

Product images may be representative. Packaging, labeling, or appearance may change without materially changing the identified product.

Where provided, Certificates of Analysis (“COAs”) and other analytical documentation apply only to the sample submitted to the laboratory and the lot or batch identified in the documentation.

Analytical results may vary based on laboratory, methodology, equipment, sampling, storage, handling, and other factors. Analytical documentation does not change a product's Research Use Only status.

Products and quantities are subject to availability.

Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee continued availability or constitute acceptance of an order.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders when reasonably necessary.

Submitting an order does not constitute final acceptance by Vial Drop Labs.

We reserve the right to review, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, compliance concerns, suspected prohibited use, or inaccurate order information.

If Vial Drop Labs cancels a paid order before shipment, amounts collected for canceled merchandise will be refunded as required.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Customers are responsible for product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts presented and accepted during checkout.

Available payment methods may include card payment through a third-party processor, cryptocurrency, and direct bank transfer. Availability may change.

Orders paid by direct bank transfer remain on hold and do not enter fulfillment until payment has been received and confirmed.

Payment services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

Customers may request cancellation before fulfillment by contacting support@vialdrop.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to honor timely requests, but a cancellation is not effective or guaranteed until confirmed by Vial Drop Labs.

Once fulfillment has begun or an order has been transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Nothing in this provision limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Vial Drop Labs currently ships only to addresses within the continental United States.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Any shipping or delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly identified otherwise.

Applicable federal requirements concerning shipment timing, delays, cancellation, and refunds will be honored.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Once the carrier records a shipment as delivered to the shipping address supplied with the order, Vial Drop Labs is not responsible for subsequent theft, disappearance, misplacement, loss, or unauthorized removal of the package, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Except for verified damaged or incorrect items and circumstances in which a refund is required by law, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds merely because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants a product, ordered the wrong product, or decides not to use a correctly supplied product.

If merchandise arrives damaged or an incorrect item is supplied, contact us promptly. We may require reasonable documentation, including photographs of the product, label, packaging, shipping label, and reported damage or discrepancy.

After verification, Vial Drop Labs may provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Vial Drop Labs uses third-party providers to support services such as website infrastructure, hosting, payments, communications, and other ecommerce functions.

Those providers may process information necessary to perform their services and may maintain separate terms and privacy practices.

The Vial Drop Labs name, logos, branding, website design, graphics, original text, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Vial Drop Labs and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to specifications expressly provided by Vial Drop Labs.

We disclaim warranties not expressly provided to the extent such warranties may lawfully be disclaimed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vial Drop Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, products, improper product use, or violation of these Terms.

Vial Drop Labs is not responsible for consequences arising from use of products contrary to their Research Use Only designation or labeling.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vial Drop Labs, LLC and its officers, members, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of products, violation of these Terms, or use contrary to product labeling or Research Use Only designation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal or other applicable law that cannot be waived controls.

Any dispute subject to judicial resolution will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms periodically. The Effective Date identifies the current version.
